All Sales Are Final.

If you order the wrong size monogrammed clothing we will not accept it back. We can not know what size you wear so if you have any questions, the time to ask them is before you place your order. We work very quickly and the time for questions is before your order is submitted.

Cancellations-Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hrs of payment for a full refund. Orders cancelled after 24 hrs are subject to a 25% fee.'
That will cover any time spent on creating designs or supplies already ordered.

IF you receive an item and something is wrong with it(error on our part). You have 48 hrs to contact us for correction. If you don't contact us in 48 hrs then we will know everything is right. If you contact us after 48 hrs then there will be a charge for us to remake the item and ship out.

Payment 

Payment is due upon placement of order. Any item not paid for in 24 hours will be returned to my shop.

Shipping 

All items are shipped USPS with tracking and insurance if Priority Mail or Express Mail.

An estimated shipping date is provided on your receipt after purchase. Applique Shirts are usually shipped 1-2 weeks from day ordered. Other custom items usually shipped out 2-3 weeks from day ordered. This is just an estimate only in accordance with our posted turnaround time. If a specific ship by date is provided, we can only guarantee that the order will be shipped out by that date. If an item is needed by a specific date, it is your responsibility to purchase in an appropriate time frame and allow for stated turnaround time and shipping time. Requesting a specific need by date in the notes to seller section when purchasing doesn't guarantee a specific ship or arrival date.

If you need it by a specific date, please message us first before purchase to make sure we can meet your need.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All items purchased from my store are shipped USPS and are FULLY insured when shipped Priority or Express Mail ONLY against loss and damage. This insurance DOES NOT cover your package arriving later then you need. Please order in plenty of time to receive your order. Custom items take time and can't always be turned around in a few days. See each specific listing for turnaround time.

We now ship to Canada and you have choice of first class or priority. If you pick first class it will not be insured.

Each personalized item has specific instructions on what we need from you when you order. If you don't provide the information when ordering, your order will be delayed until that information is received. Please read the listing fully before ordering. We will message through emial . If you don't respond, your order will be placed on hold until such time as we hear back from you. We will not refund orders because insufficient information was given
